Very slow, hasn't loaded yet.  Hmmm.  The "hot spot" screen is empty, but the
"most recent" option shows lots of entries.  It's kind of stupid that you have
to select "most recent" and then select "Los Angeles" (if that's what you
want), but after all, it is a government website.

It works better with Mozilla than Netscape 4.79.
