Since you neglected to give the engine size, the grade of oil can not be answered, I would recommend looking in the owners manual, it will tell you there.. There is no need to use a synthetic oil, or worry about a sludge problem as long as the oil changes are done at the proper intervals. Engine oil flush is nothing but a waste of time and money.
