Son-in-law has an '03 here in the states. At about 100,000km the large bush in the front of the lower control arms had broken. We changed the lower arms ourselves were about $95 U.S. each. You can buy the bushing but we had no access to a press. At 110,000km the auto trans failed with no warning and we has always serviced it regularly. Dealer said very rare but had seen a few like this. Honda took care of it on warranty. Car has about 160,000km now and other than described has been flawless. Would not hesitate to buy again. Scott

Hi All, I currently own an EG Civic and its great but it's time to upgrade. I am now looking to buy a 7th GEN Civic (2003 to 2006 model in Australia) Can anyone tell me if:
- There are any know problems or recalls on this car? - Things to look out for when buying. - Good and bad points about the car. - Anything else!
Looking forward to your feedback. Regards, Michael.
