MB just bought for its museum a 1971 /8 240 D taxi from Greece driven more than 3 m miles (4.6 10^6 km ) with 4 engines.
So after some 30 years we will know about the CDI's.

Anyone got good or bad stories about the longevity/reliability of the 3.2 CDi engines? Been looking at the E-320 CDi W210 and am keen to hear if there are any known problems with these engines?
