(Of course it works, they paid for the spot on the show didn't they? <lol>) Yes. I have seen the basic presentation in the seventies, eighties, and nineties from four different 'inventors'. Mostly in the HD truck business, mostly at trade shows where the booth rates are cheap. There are some metallic pellets inside that ionize, align, straighten, add, or subtract something from the fuel. Loads of testimonials, lot's of testing, little in the way of provable facts. You are better off with clothespins on your fuel lines. Jeff
