Come on Joe!

China has a missle program specifically intended to shoot down satellites.
They do not want space based stuff that can see the ICBMs they have, and
they have developed (are developing) a missle system that can shoot down
those satellites.

China shot down a satellite recently that was so high, it wll leave a debris
field that will clutter up the orbit altitude for years. They are in a weak
position to tell us what we can shoot at.
