I'm really confused and wondered if any of you Land Cruiser owners can help

to gas. Trouble is which system to go for IMPCO or the European system. I've
rang heaps of dealers and seem to end up about 50/50. ...

lower the gearing on a Land Rover. Replacement gear sets for the
transfer box, new gear box and underdrives/overdrives.
One last thought, is there any transfer case of any make that has
Landcruiser vs. Gelandewagen28 Sep 2003 01:05 GMT10
I consider buying a 4x4 and preferably a 96-98 Toyota Landcruiser 90 or
a 95 Mercedes Gelandewagen G350. I will not use the truck much off road.
But need the size, safety and durability.
Witch of these cars will give me less trouble and most value for money.
All wheel drive Astro/GMC ???27 Sep 2003 21:59 GMT1
I've always wanted a four wheel drive van. It would be great if they
made a real four wheel drive minivan today. I see these all wheel drive
Astro's or GMC's and my mind begins to imagine the possibilities. Now I
know that they can't be as good as a "real" 4x4 but I thought that ...

leak - front right 2000 jeep cherokee26 Sep 2003 03:39 GMT3
The liquid is leaking slower than a visible slow drip.  It's about 8"
towards the middle of the vehicle from the front right tire.  It's
odorless, feels like it could be water.  It's the first "modern"
vehicle I've ever owned, so I don't know what fluids to compare it to

Anybody have/had a Fold-a-cover tonneau cover?24 Sep 2003 03:15 GMT1
I'm looking at a Fold-A-Cover tonneau cover for a 2000 Ranger 6' bed.
I've dug around in Google for user reviews, and found lots of old
posts here from people who were going to get one, or were thinking
about it, but nothing from somebody who DID have one.  I'm wondering
2001 chevy 4x4 tracker24 Sep 2003 01:54 GMT3
Does anyone know if this vehicle can be towed on all 4 wheels?  Just bought it

Customer assistance told me they couldn't help, but I've seen others that are

Best Place to Put a Transmission Oil Cooler23 Sep 2003 23:15 GMT5
From past cars, I learned that high transmission fluid temperature kills a
transmission fast. I will be using my auto Geo Tracker for slow off-roading.
I am trying to figure out what is the best way to install a transmission
cooler.
