I previously posted to these newsgroups concerning a vexing problem I
was having with an engine that crhonically overheats.

I've been trying to figure out what line pull rating
my Tulsa 18G worm gear winch might have.  Nowadays
it seems to be (according to web pages) a 20.000lbs
winch, but during WWII it was only a 10.000 winch.

Got'z a 91 Geo Tracker 4X4 and get fang on a new timing belt.  Drove up to
San Francisco last weekend and when I got back felt a miss on starting the
engine cold next morning.  Checked compression and found 130 psi in # 1, 50
psi # 2, 150 psi in # 3 & 4.  This morning going to check ...
