many miles you have driven before you had any problem? With thanks.
2000 Trooper LS13 Jan 2004 15:50 GMT10
I'm thinking of buying a used 2000 Trooper LS with 60,000 miles on it. It
recently had a new engine installed by the dealer. Apparently the original
engine had a loss of oil problem and Isuzu replaced it under warranty??
Anyone have any experience with this model year? I'm currently ...

Chevy Blazer13 Jan 2004 06:12 GMT1
Hello everyone. I have a question to ask... I was considering  buying a
1995-1997 Chevy Blazer (or GMC Jimmy) and I've heard many mixed reviews.
What I am wondering is if any of you guys know anything about them, or
own one and if you could give me your opinions on them. Thanks in
Whos following the Dakar?12 Jan 2004 16:09 GMT6
What is the dealw ith those spoilers Nissan is running?  They figure
since they are going to lose anyway they might as well look ridiculous
doing it?  I see that a Toureg(sp?) already had an engine replacement.
Did KIA even make it to the show this year?  I don't see any sign of ...
I know that rav4 is not a real 4x4 in terms of what real 4x4's are, but we all have to start some place, right?12 Jan 2004 11:34 GMT1
1. disclaimer:  I know that the rav4 is not a real 4x4.  I have very
little knowledge of 4x4's.  This is why I came here.  I would like to
find some patient person who will be kind enough to not flame, but
dispense out some basic knowledge
How much weight to put at the back of truck to make it steady in snow12 Jan 2004 04:07 GMT11
Hi! My son has a Ford 4x2 F150 Supercab truck. He lives in snowy
region. One person has suggested to put some sand bags or cement bags
in the empty truck bed to make the truck steady during driving in
snow. He has all weather tires. How much weight needs to put in the
Cherokee transfer case drop11 Jan 2004 17:59 GMT1
I am getting ready to put a 4.5" lift kit on my 1994 Jeep Cherokee and bought
all the components from a friend but he had misplaced the "Transfer Case drop
kit"..I looked on the companies website and it only cost $12.95 so I figure it
can`t be much to it at that price..Can someone ...
No dash/rear lights on 97 Suzuki Sidekick11 Jan 2004 06:26 GMT8
I have what looks to be some sort of electrical problem with my 97
Suzuki Sidekick. When I turn on the lights, the headlights come on but
that's about it. No running lights come on, and none of the rear lights
come on at all. Also, the warning beep saying the lights are on when ...
Ice/Snow: Bridgestone Dueller AT Revo vs. Nokian Hakka LT's11 Jan 2004 06:16 GMT3
Has anyone used either of these two tires.  I can't decide between the
two.  I want a tire that I can leave on year round but one that
performs well in ice, snow and rain.
I don't care about off road performance.
83 CJ vs. 75 Land Cruiser11 Jan 2004 00:57 GMT5
Which would you want?
I'm in the market to buy a 4x4, I just don't know which.  I need the
pros and cons of both.
But the Land Cruiser and the CJ are definately my style.

Isuzu Trooper conversion to LPG10 Jan 2004 01:12 GMT8
I'm considering converting Trooper 98 (3.5L V6 petrol engine) to run on
liquified propane gas (natural gas or whatever it's called). Any
feedback/experience on this - good or bad? I reckon it should pay for itself
in a year at most.
Auto Trans Makes Loud Bang, No Drive in Any Gear09 Jan 2004 05:41 GMT1
Question about my chevy turbo tranny problem:
My chevy 4x4's turbo 350 went out with a bang! No warnings like
slippage or any of that. It has a shift kit, and when I normally get
2nd gear rubber on a power shift, this time it gave a loud bang
