Hi! My son has a 1997 Ford 4x2 Supercab. He had problem with alternator. He took it to a Ford dealer who charged $430.00 for installing a new alternator. Cost of Alternator was $200 dollars. Rest was labor cost plus tax. Does the charge seems excessive to you? With

hey everybody, i drive a 2001 QX4 ... anyways the front set of Michelin LTX M/S is wearing out on the outside edge ... i have rotated them regularly, etc. ... still they are almost completely bald on the outside edge ... this is at 60k miles

any issues with handling or anything else, assuming the tire fits the rim and the car, etc.? are the Michelin Cross Terrain any good ... they have a tread wear index of 700 ... does this mean that they never wear out or is this a typo? :)))
