Can someone tell me what the tool is that you can use to remove the
threaded part of a bolt after you've sheared the head off. I need one
so I can put the doors back on my Jago Geep.

I'm going to look at a few used Excursion Diesels... What should I
look for when examining these vehicles?

A friend just picked up a 94 Blazer (5.7 engine) and is having the following
problem:
Wheels lock when put in reverse (and sometimes, even in forward gear).
Car has L2 285/75 R 16 tires on it but it's supposed to have 245's or 265's.
