I am trying to hook up a trailer towing controller on a 2005 2500HD. I
would like to know if there is a wire harness to wire to or if I need to
run wires to the battery and brakes.
Nissan Frontier Replacement Shocks31 Dec 2004 02:00 GMT2
All, I recently purchased a 2000 Nissan Frontier XE Crew Cab. The truck
came complete with a 3" lift (I think) and 32" ties. My questions is...
what do I do if I ever need to replace my shocks when they go bad. The
existing ones don't have a brand name and neither does any of the
1991 4runner 4WD question30 Dec 2004 02:23 GMT1
I just recently bought a 91 4Runner with the automatic A340H
transmission.  I can't find a definitive answer on the web about this,
so I thought I'd post here.
Is the 4WD system on this vehicle shift-on-the-fly, or do I need to

99 sierra abs problems....28 Dec 2004 01:29 GMT1
I have a 99 sierra 4x4, 5300 V8.  When braking, no matter what speed,
my anti-lock seems to kick in at 5mph.  Doesn't matter on road
conditions, weather, or temp.  Even worse, if I happen to hit the
brakes at exactly 5 mph, the pedal seems to really 'lock' up and I
Jeep Cherokee 4x4 v627 Dec 2004 01:34 GMT1
Happy holidays all,

Looking to purchase a used one from 1999 to 2002 with about 45 to 80k on it.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Nissan Titan Truck26 Dec 2004 23:12 GMT5
Greetings! I recently sat in this truck but I did not have the time to
test drive the truck. It was quite impressive. Does any member of this
NG has one or test driven this truck? What is your opinion? With
thanks.
Overfilled Oil (Part 2): Weeping Remote Oil Filter Lines26 Dec 2004 21:23 GMT17
This is a follow-up to the infamous "Overfilled Oil" post. Of course it
turned out that the oil was only slightly overfilled so it was no problem.
However, while probing around I discovered that the remote oil filter lines
are weeping very slowly where the rubber hoses are ...
Leaking moonroof in '04 Expedition26 Dec 2004 21:21 GMT3
I have a brand new two day old '04 Expedition with a moonroof. We live
in Seattle, and it's been raining hard. The day after we bought the
car, we walked outside to find (a lot of) water dripping from the
convenience lights in the second row of the car. There was a
buckled tailgate26 Dec 2004 20:00 GMT8
Made a ramp for my snowmobile to get into my shortbox Tacoma. Ramp is in 3
sections, 2 for skiis, 1 in middle for track. The middle section gave way
even though I had it secured. Not sure if the section itself buckled the
gate or the weight of the sled coming down on gate. I'm ...
GMC Sonoma (1999) 4-wheel drive problem26 Dec 2004 01:06 GMT2
Can anyone give me a brief synopsis of how the 4-wheel drive works in a
1999 GMC Sonoma?  Are the front axles engaged all the time?  Are there
hubs to be locked, or automatic?  Is there something (solenoid) that
engages the front differential to the axles?  Is this operated by ...

Tight fit drop in bedliner25 Dec 2004 23:06 GMT1
I am looking for a drop-in under-the-rail bed liner for a 2005 Dodge
Ram 1500 short bed (4 door).  I want it to fit tight and flush with the
sides so that the cleats are usable without access holes in the liner.
I want a reasonably thick liner but not necessarily interested in
