My 98 S-10 Blazer just stopped blowing air out on my feet. It blows out the vent on vent setting and out the defroster on feet, blended, and defrost. Are there two damper flaps? and one is stuck/broke? Are they vacuum

I am selling my PT Cruiser and am going to look at some used pick-ups. What has the most leg room. I'm 6' 4" and would like some comfort as this will be my main source of transportation. I probably will be looking at 1998-2002 models. $10,000-$15,000 range. Any thoughts?
