On my recently purchase Range Rover, I have noticed that the ABS pump comes on quite frequently for longish period of time. What is considered "normal". I know it should be about 30-45 seconds after startup but then i wouldn't expect it too much if I am not braking that

From my previous post, I had the actuator with cable replaced and the front now engages. One problem is at highway speed while i'm on 2hi there is noise coming from the front right like the 4x4 is engaging, that will happen when decelerating say to go off an exit from the highway or ...

The light on the 2x dash control switch goes on and off intermittently. It's seems like a loose wire somewhere. When the light is out, the transfer won't work. Any ideas out there? The vehicle is a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Bye

Is there any disadvantage to using a truck like a Pre-Runner (I know it is 2 wheel drive) to tow with? I ask because such a truck has an offroad suspension, and I am wonderin if there are any problems towing with it. Thanks for your thoughts....

If my clutch cycling switch is plugged in, and I turn on the A/C, it blows the heater A/C fuse. I've tried to jump the plug, but it still blows the fuse. I unplugged the coil, but it still blows. I've change the relay, but it still blows. I've even changed the selector switch on ...

I've gotten about all I'm going to get out of the dealer on a 95 XE Nisson 4x4 pickup and I have one problem left to solve that I could use some suggestions on. On braking, the front end pulls to the right - try to stop straight ahead hands off and it pulls the sterring wheel

The fuel injectors on my truck are not working. I am getting fuel to the throttle body, but the injectors only dribble gas out instead of spraying gas. I have changed the fuel injectors and the electronic control module with no help. Please advise on other things to try. Thanks

1995 4Runner 6cyl 4WD, wife is 2nd owner; she got it at 30,000 miles. Oil changed every 3,000-3,500 miles, other maintenance to schedule. By oil change, it's used almost a quart (self-refilled at 1/2 qt down). 140,000 miles - 50/50 city/highway mileage.
