I was just about to buy a used truck (2004 Dodge Ram 4x4 Diesel) and
just before we finalized the deal, I found out it was in an accident
(even though the dealer said it was not - even in WRITING).  When I
obtained detailed claim information from the insurance company, I found

I've got a 1986 GMC 4x4 half-ton pickup with a New Process 208 transfer
case.  I have noticed a leak coming from the 208's output seal.  I
removed my rear drive shaft and slipped it out of the 208.  I am unsure
how best to remove the output seal from this transfer case, and I would

First off, I can't seem to find a Hummer dedicated newsgroup so a
headsup would be appreciated.
A girlfriend of mine drives a H1 and she recently *lost* her signals.

I am looking to buy a small 4x4 (I HATE the term 'soft-roader'), around
an 02 or 03 model, price around £8k.  Initially the Honda was my
favourite, but after having a sit in one I found it rather bland,
certainly compared to the Kia.  But then again, the Kia interior seemed
