I am told that in a Grand Wag transmission, the driving beltscan be
tightened. is this hogwash?

Have a '86 Grand Wag with a steering wheel that wobbles. Am told it's a
long job to access the nuts to tighten it.
Could I use a Dremel and cut away the plastic tunnel to get at the nuts
& bolts?
