has anyone else encountered this problem, its a 1997 3.9 V8 discovery and when its just above red on the fuel gauge it wont start if its nose down on a slight incline, put 10 quid of fuel in it, leave it pver night and it will start first turn, WHY ????

fisher Plow was working fine untill we tried to clean electrical conectors and sprayed a little cleaner on POS end of wire conected to pump now it wont go anywhere, pump makes sound as if it was turned all the way to one side or all the way up? any experts help out?

I'm new to the truck but had a 1997 model that never had any problems. This one has 200K on the clock and the antilock brakes are definately not there. I need to know the best way to troubleshoot these and fix them since i actually prefer that they work.
