97 Mazda B4000 4X4 (Ford Ranger with a Maxda nameplate) with switch on
the dash that selects 2WD - 4WD HI - 4WD LO.  I rarely use 4WD but
with eight inches of global warming piled up on the road, I put it in
4WD HI and started out.  After running into a ditch -- trying to avoid

4WD.
When I turn the switch on the dash to 4WD HI or 4WD LO, the dash
indicator light comes on

okay, i was having trouble with my tail lights not lighting, found a short
and replaced them.  All bulbs are the same wattage/amperage, but now when I
turn on my signals, my engine lopes in time with the blinking.  Also, I seem
to be blowing the fuses for my tail/stop lights, and ...

I am looking to buy a second hand 4x4. Hopefully under 10 years old and
under 100000km (60000miles).
I want it to be a manual transmission diesel and to be a good off
roader.

Where can I get IH Scout parts, I stopped at a IH dealer and they
told me IH sold everything to some outside Co.
Does anyone have a name, address or web site for them.
