Your suggestoin for a SUV19 Nov 2004 04:28 GMT38
You forget the main point to having an SUV to drive.  It lets one
driver over and crush people like you in their little wimpy econoboxs!
Of course, that doesn't always work...as the guy who tried to run me off
the road in his big 4x4 learned the hard way.  I was perfectly willing to ...
Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50 versus Michelin X-ICE Winter Tires19 Nov 2004 01:58 GMT1
Would appreciate anyone with winter driving experience using Bridgestone
Blizzak WS50's and/or Michelin X-ICE tires commenting about same.
I'd particularly like to know how these tires compare against each other.
Tires would be put on a 1996 Integra LS (auto tranny).
'99 TL Timing Belt Change18 Nov 2004 10:19 GMT1
It looks as if I need to remove the front upper engine mount to change the
belt. Is this true?
Also, is the water pump electric?

There's a gasoline smell coming thru my vents "sometimes."  Any idea why?
I'm sure I'll have to get it checked out.  Any idea on how much damage ($$)
Moving TL to cold weather18 Nov 2004 04:53 GMT3
I have a late '04 TL that I purchase in August (Ebony on Black).  Love the
car and have no complaints other than the way the water drains after
washing.  I currently live in Los Angeles, but will be moving to Central
Virginia in two weeks.  What things should do to prepare my ...

MDX bucking16 Nov 2004 07:33 GMT1
Our '03 MDX has demonstrated two very odd problems...first, on several
occasions at constant speed it has started bucking mildly as if it were gear
searching...only lasts a few seconds, but its somewhat unnerving.  Second,
if my wife lets it sit at idel for several minutes while she ...
EGR Service recommended-what's involved?16 Nov 2004 03:06 GMT3
My mechanic has fix a number of things and one that I could not afford at
the time was an EGR valve service for $360.00. I looked up the EGR valve
online and it cost $147.00. This part is very accessable.  If I buy one
and put it in is that what he will do for $360.00?
carboning up of engine  2001 Cl15 Nov 2004 19:32 GMT3
Yesterday my car was in for repairs due to an engine trouble light and a
TCS light coming on.  I gassed up the vehicle on Sunday, came home and
when starting it up later in the afternoon, got a rough idle and these
two lights came on.  The car was in and it had the fuel system taken
Very small, high pitched whining sound when running AC14 Nov 2004 06:25 GMT2
Hi -- I have a 2003 RSX. This spring I have noticed that when I run the AC,
I can hear a very small, high pitched whining sound, kind of like a
dentist's drill but much more subtle. The sound gets more insistent when I
accelerate. Should I have the AC system checked or is this ...

Sirius over XM Radio in 04 TL13 Nov 2004 15:49 GMT1
Wondering if anyone is aware of whether Sirius can be substituted for XM in
the 04 (or 05) TL, or can recommend a good after-market solution?
I realize the Honda has a financial stake in XM, hence this is what they
install, but I prefer Sirius to XM for a couple of reasons...
New snow tires12 Nov 2004 04:24 GMT5
I got my new Goodyear GW3's installed. Man, they are nice! If you
pardon the pun, they are miles ahead of the OEM Michelin MXV4 crap I
had on there.
