2006 RSX-S, 20K miles
My car is going in soon for an already diagnosed replacement of the
clutch-release bearing.
I would like to know what components are accessible or relatively easy

I have an 2001 CL which has the following problem.  The Back Window
Brake light does not light even though the rear Brake lights work and
the spoiler brake light works.  In addition the Cruise control has
become inoperative.  Any ideas as to the cause

I'm looking at Optima YellowTop (D35) (deep cycle)

I've tried every type of replacement windowsheild wiper blade I can think of
but they are ALL noisy!
Anyone have a solution?

My 2004 Acura RL displays a navigation warning page when it is
starting up. I requires that I press OK before displaying the map. Is
there a way to have the system go right to the map after boot-up?

Here's another one for you...I've had this 94 integra for a couple of years
now, and since day one it has shifted funny.  I guess you could call it a
"spike" in the shifting - where the rpms come way up, then drop and allow the
transmission into the next gear...really annoying.  ...

Just jumped in my car today and tried to turn on the wipers...NO GO.  The
fuse for the wipers/windows/washer is working because the washer and windows
still work.  I can also hear a whirring/whining noise when I attempt to
operate the wipers.  Is this a stripped gear in the assembly ...

Can windshield washer nozzle aim be adjusted (out side of shop) ?
If so, how ?
The aim on my TSX is a bit low.
BTW, what should be the proper height ?

Anybody heard of this problem?  Our '06 RL started making a high-
pitched whining noise that kicks in at a certain speed (varies, but
mostly around 40-45 mph), increases in pitch as the speed increases,
then diminishes in pitch as speed falls off, stops when speed goes

I really like this car but those wheel leave a lot to be desired. Why make a
wheel that is so dark as to appear as if it has brake dust all over?
Can anyone recommend a nice chrome wheel other than from Acura?

If you lost your car keys near your house, roughly how much would it
cost to have the dealership change your car locks? I imagine it'd be
pretty expensive, 2 doors, trunk, ignition, microchip code? Any idea
how much that would cost in the US?

I have a '98 CL with a failed CD player. The radio and cassette deck still
work fine. I have a replacement radio unit from Ebay which I would like to
install but I am uncertain about whether or not to disconnect the battery
before proceeding. I'm not sure what the risks and ...

My stepson has a '99 TL with about 108,0000 miles on the odometer.  I
keep after him to have the timing belt replaced.  My question:  Is the
Acura engine one of those where several valves are broken when the
timing belt goes or is the worst that can happen is that it will have

i have installed a blower motor and now the tempature will not switch
from hot to cold .. but blower motor works fine.. just stays on hot
air ..could it be a fuse or a relay switch and if so .. were do i find
it to replace it
