TL Type S brake pads26 Jun 2009 19:15 GMT4
Good afternoon--
I have a 2007 TL Type S.  A couple of months ago I had to replace the
brake pads as the original ones were getting pretty thin...or so I was
told by the dealership.  Car had 25K miles, and I do NOT drive it like
2002 RSX - windshield strip at top loose18 Jun 2009 04:04 GMT2
I'm out of town, wil be driving a lot the next few days, and the little
rubber strip that seals the top of the front windshield has come loose,
about 8 inches on the passenger side. Depending on wind speed and
driving speed and such it makes a terrific rattling sound. Is there a
2007 TL-S OEM Tires11 Jun 2009 12:25 GMT2
I have a 2007 TL Type S, and while I like the car very much I think the
traction of the standard Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 tires on wet or snowy
roads is very poor. I live in the snow belt, and that's why I prefer
front-wheel drive cars. But this car has the worst traction in snow of
Waterpump Torque Spec09 Jun 2009 19:34 GMT1
Doin the whole timing belt business on my 01 TL.  I have the whole timing
belt area opened up and apart.  Water pump will be first.  I ordered on from
Rock Auto.  I also ordered some belts there too.
They do not provide torque specs and I dont have a manual as of yet.  Anyone

On my 91 integra, and why does my owners manual not mention this? Do
use push/pull a lever, rotate or just pull straight out the connector,
yada (repeat)....and where can I find a visual? It's pretty tight in
there. I already lost one of the clips holding the lens wondering if
CA bans free OBD-II checks06 Jun 2009 00:33 GMT1
Just some FYI for those of you keeping track of such things. Today I went
into a CA AutoZone to borrow their OBD-II reader, as I've done before, just
to see if my car was ready to pass a Smog Test. They told me that CA,
apparently under pressure from all the folks who charge $40 ...
2001 CL Type S @ 70,000 miles?03 Jun 2009 23:15 GMT7
The maintenance required light came on - I finally hit 70,000 miles.  I
took a job and I will have to drive alot more than I used to.
What should I have done to the car at this point?  Fuel filter?

Hey there, since you seem to know a bit about Honda I figured I'd ask you.
I've got a buddy in sales, up to 30K miles a year and he's got a blue tooth
phone but hasn't set it up with his car.  It's a company car ('08 Odyssey
w/nav) and he says the manual is not in the car.  I ...
Discount on Sat Nav DVDs03 Jun 2009 04:36 GMT3
I have a 2004 TL with satellite navigation and I received a letter from
Acura stating updated DVDs are now on sale for $149, plus $9.95 shipping and
handling (instead of the usual $185+).  Not much of a deal, but I am sure
business has been slow for them as well.
