Mileage - How high can a 156 go?06 Mar 2004 20:32 GMT3
I've been offered a 156 2.0L R reg (1998), which I'm very tempted to buy.
The problem is the mileage is very high, 124 k miles. I'm a little worried
that buying such a high mileage car, it will be nearing the end of its life,
and require extortionate maintenance costs, although the ...

I'm having a problem with my Alfa 156 1.8TS:

I then lift it with my foot a couple of times and it seems to return to
the normal position. But then, as I drive, the pedal goes deeper and

I'm guessing the plug leads have changed as well since the original. I

147 Selespeed Cambelt Change03 Mar 2004 19:51 GMT2
I have coflicting information with regards to changing the cambelt on my
Alfa. One dealer say it will only be changed at 120000 km's, while others
say 60000 km's. I purchased the car in Nov. 2001. the 120K guy says its a
new spec engine and therefore is done at 120K. Who is ...
AR 145 1.4TS Lusso '98 MassAirFlowMeter!!!03 Mar 2004 08:59 GMT5
I am from Ukraine, Kiev.
MassAirFlowMeter on my AR145 lies to minus. I tried to find the new one at
local dealer, but here the minimal price is 300Euro, is it normal price?!?
For 2.5V6 it costs 250-300$, for 2.0TS 200-250$, and what with 1.4TS??!
GTV Frotn n/s wishbone - replacement help!02 Mar 2004 13:49 GMT1
I've got my new wishbone ready to fit - thanks to EBSpares. I was going to
get a local-ish garage to fit the new one for me (mine is twisted..
apparently I've been living on borrowed time!) but I fancy having a go
myself.
