| Replacent Dash Lights | 30 Jun 2004 21:16 GMT | 23 |
Hey guys Just got me a nice new (to me) 2000 X 156 2.5 V6. Anyway, it's pretty much a peach FASH example except for a warped rear disc and the rear fog dashboard indicator not working, is it a dash out job? Expensive? I ask as

| Dear god.... | 30 Jun 2004 20:59 GMT | 4 |
...some b**tard parked his car near my drive in such a way that the only thing sticking out was his tow bar. And what do I do? What any normal person would do, reverse out of my drive. In the process, the rear left bumper has now been torn in half!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Bubbly Wheels | 30 Jun 2004 20:50 GMT | 2 |
My 3 and a half year old 156 Veloce wheels (telephone dial type) are starting to show signs of bubbling in places, no doubt due to not cleaning them properly (hangs head in shame). Is it worth getting them stripped and refurbished, or will this just speed up the deterioration?

I've just looked at the fuses under the dash and they according to the handbook, they all seem out of place....(wrong fuse ratings in each socket). Is this anything to do with a UK car and a non-UK handbook ? I also found that the two fastening screws are to small....they go ...

| Early GTV: Buying Advice | 30 Jun 2004 09:06 GMT | 6 |
I am looking to buy a late 60's/early 70's GTV (1750 or 2000) and would appreciate some buying advice/tips. I am not that mechanically-minded, so would like to know what should I look for in a car of that age and type.

| V6 spiders rare? | 29 Jun 2004 20:27 GMT | 1 |
There're only like 10 v6 Spiders on autotrader. Is it 'cause the V6 wasn't introduced to the Spider until 2001 or something?

| What Oil is in my car? | 27 Jun 2004 19:04 GMT | 6 |
Any ideas what Oil is in my new (2004) 156 Sportwagon 2.4JTD (175BHP)? I need to top it up - my local FIAT (not alfa) dealer says ALL JTD engines need Selenia WR 5W40, but the manual says to use Selenia Turbo Diesel 10W40 (except for "decidely sporty use" - in which case use the ...
