HAs anyone out there set up a carbed Alfa DOHC engine with Webers to
run E85? Seems like you could make more power and run cooler.

I'm experiencing a regular loss of fluid from the p/steering reservoir but
cant spot a leek anywhere! Anyone had a similar problem, i'm stumped!

Hi all my 145 cloverleaf failed it's mot on emissions ! bugger . Does any

I am looking to sell my (late W reg) immaculate 156 2.0 TS. It has done
65K has been serviced and maintained by Alfa dealers. Had every belt
changed (Cam and others) less than 5K ago, complete with a full Alfa
service. Has a quality high stereo etc. Looked after, very clean. 12

Exhaust gas oder in the cabin when the top is up.  I have had the exhaust
checked and all is in tack and tight.  What can I do to stop the oder?

I just found out that sometimes when turning left (while signaling),
the headlights turns off !! After I turn off the signaling it turns
back on again !! And it's only when turning left (and not each time).
Does anyone else have this problem ?

Can anyone suggest a decent Alfa specialist within easy reach of the
Docklands? I've thought about Veloces but I'd rather not drive all the
way up to Stanmore (and get the train back, and back again) if there's

I seem to vaguely remember reading somewhere that the 156 2.0 went from
155bhp down to 150bhp around 2000 due to emission controls.
Can anyone tell me if this is true and if so from which engine / chassis
number range or how you identify which one you have?

Just wondering if I should save myself £80.00 and replace my front bake pads
myself on my 166.
Is it as straightforward as I think it should be ? Is  it easy to do the
Rear pads as well ?
