Hi folks. Really need some advice on some quite expensive repairs. Recently my head gasket went so had head engineered and new gasket fitted inc all new belts i.e timing belt and balancing belts. Cost £1200! Ouch. Drove for about 40 miles and new problem. Garage says big end bearing ...

Motors TV (ch413 sky) have LIVE coverage of the 1st GP Masters race with all the old great past=masters driving real F1 type cars in S Africa. If they are over 45 and still able to drive a race car, they are there :-) Mansel, Arnoux, Lammers, Fittipaldi, Alan Jones et al.

Chimed up th' Spider to run some errands early. Just as I started to pull away from th' hovel I looked down and ACK! 2-lb O/P onna gauge... "UhOh..." backed gingerly into the slot an' shut 'er down... quick head scratch, off with th' cam cover and pack some nappies around the trough ...

My 156 uuuum ahh has developed a leak. The spare wheel space is full of water and the back seat is wet behind the driver seat, as is the footwell in the back. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this, I suspect the sunroof seal, but I'm not sure.

The instrument light on my fuel gauge has gone out; clock and temperature gauge are fine. There seems to be a single cable to these 3 instruments but I can't find where the bulbs are. I'm groping through the hole left when the stereo is removed.

When I push brake pedal, a yellow bulb indicator is turning on (saying somethings wrong with bulbs). The third brakelight (stoplight, as I do not know the exact term in British and/or American English) is turning on, but the main left and right
