my 91 3l 164 has been draining its battery lately
when i hook up a battery charger to recharge my battery i hear a relay
clicking
sounds like relay noise is coming from behind the glovebox

i've got a 5 year old 156 selespeed. It stopped selecting gears a few
months ago and I needed a new gearbox (£1300). this sorted out the
probelm for about 500 miles, then it started missing 2nd gear. had it
recalibrated and all was fine.Recently though, when I put it into 5th

Time for a new set of rubber on my 156 2.0L. All 4 tyres (205/60/R15 V)
are hitting the wear marks. Up to now I've always used Michelin Pilot
Primacy, these being the original equipment on my year 2000 car. But now
I have the chance to try something else as the whole set need ...

My 1998 156 1.8 ts takes a while to run smoothly on starting. I have to
feather the throttle for a few minutes and even then the power surges until
it warms up. Anyone had a similar experience?

I'm trying to locate a garage in the Leeds / Bradford area that
specialises in servicing / repairs of Alfa cars, or if not, any garages
which are particularly recommended by Alfa drivers (other than the main
Alfa dealerships!).  Can anyone help ?

I seem to have caught the gremlins which various others have. Not having
much luck with my GTV but love it still. My indicators don't work and when
I use them there is a strange buzzing noise and the interior light comes
on. Any boffins out there who could take a guess whats going ...

A slight misfiring problem solved this morning (147 JTD) - caused by
injector wire coming loose.....
....and the sidelight bulb - had to pay dealer to change it this time as I
couldn't get the holder to budge..... my consolation for the labour charge

   I've bought my 147 equipped with alarm system and now, 6 months after I
bought it (15.000 km), the buzzer when I lock or unlock the doors with the
remote control is not as laud as it was yesterday.
Any ideas what is this about?
