I've got a 2005 1.9 multijet diesel sportwagon. The front end is bottoming out really badly, even on relatively minor dips in the road, with the front spoiler scraping worryingly on the road. Unfortunately it is out of warranty, as the mileage is very high (102,000 miles)

Just hit 138,000 and my 2nd MOT - no problems whatsoever, I thought I'd make a record to show idle googlers how a well maintained Alfa can keep plugging on! (last work was 2 replacement upper front wishbones due to ball joint wear

Does anyone know how the hell you do this? I bought one from ebay that was moulded to take proper sized rear speakers, thinking it would be an easy swap. Only I can't get the old one out.
