Guys, A couple of weeks ago the central locking on the drivers door stopped working so I had to lock/unlock the drivers door using the key in the traditional manner.

I have 2 problems currently on my R-Reg 1.8 TS 156 ~145,000miles; Cam Belt and Variator were done 2 months ago (also upper wishbones and anti-roll bar but that's not important) First of all I seem to be suffering the old Cold Start problem

Only a couple of weeks since I was crowing about getting 40mpg out of the 156 1.8TS, now the bloody EOBD light has come on. Seems to be running OK, I read that if it's flashing there are more serious problems.

Fair enough, I had to drive like I had Miss Daisy in the back....... 549.4 miles, 61.09 litres to fill 'er up Anyone else driving more economically in these days of soaring fuel costs? Over £70 for a tank of petrol, dear God!
