i need some help i have a 87 2.5L 4cyl. ... my tannie locked up in
second gear ... and i was wondering if anyone has experienced the same
problem and how they went about fixing it. the HANES repair manual said
it was simply a lock pin or interlock pin missing or broken.  but im

Ok i was replacing my timing chain and gears this weekend and had a
bit of a problem putting it back to gether.  On the EGR solenoid, out
of the side facing the front of the car there is a single vacuum line
running to somewhere.  It fell off or broke off from the other end and

   Ok, I gotta come to the group with this one. I cant figure out if Im
looking at a clutch or engine problem, and could really use a second set of
eyes on this one:

timing gears and cam and put in performance clutch while the engine was
out. Now I'm having a tough time bleeding all the air out of the clutch

I have 2 gauges acting up on my 87GT
First the temp  gauge doesnt get past about 45 or 50 degrees.
It moves but never past that.
When the car is off it is pegged all the way up to the left.

I'm looking for a fiberglass replacement for the front bumper/facia. Do not
care if it's damaged, broken, wrecked, or has the paint falling off. I
mainly want the flanges where it bolts up so that I can custom build a
unique front end.

OK I found a Seville, car is in a field.
Engine is V8 (transverse, of course), trans is 4-speed auto. Owner was
leaving & I didn't have time to check the year & other info. So now I have
several questions.

I have an 85 gt from time to time it fails to start.  some of the time a
fews days is all it needs.  Last time I disconected the battery and it fired
right up.  Can the ecm become full and tell the egnition not to fire? or is
this pointing to a total failure of the ignition
