I know, third post to get the spelling correct in the subject line but
I corrected it before everybody told me about it.
I have a 1988 Fiero that just failed state inspection.  It failed

installation instructions I find at a half dozen different web sites clearly
states "any year, any option package", But after getting a complete setup, I

I picked up a 86 a few months ago it has a sunroof on it. I removed
the roof panel and tranfered it to my 85. The seal and seal track were
in really poor shape the 86 had alot of water damage. I purchased new
tracks and seal from the Fiero Store and installed them I inserted the

 I have a beautiful 1987 Fiero GT (original owner) which (knock on
wood) has rarely given me problems - but I a stumped now (probably
because I know next to nothing about auto repairs).
The problem is overheating as follows:

FOR SALE: 1985 GT Fiero. It's red with a grey interior, 4 speed trans,
V6 (of course). Options include A/C (not sure if it works - never
tested it), power windows, sunroof, trunk release, an aftermarket
Jensen CD player (again, never tested). It has good tires all around.

I am new to the group; however, I am not new to my Fiero :-)
Her first problem since inception... and as of this month, she is
20-yrs young, so I will not complain.
Headlights are not popping up.  Although my hubby does not work on

1988 Fiero 4-cyl 5-speed coupe. Body and interior fine. Engine fine.
Transmission pilot shaft bearing is shot. Good tires, GT rims. In Rhode

I recently put my 88 GT back on the road after sitting for some two years.
The exhaust needed work so I took it to the local Midas and was informed
that the car has major rust problems. I believe I need to replace the cradle
and much of the front end components and steering ...
