Anyone use Kleenl Wheels Brake Dust Shields? I recently bought a 93 Caddy and the white walls and hub casp are frequently coated. How about low dust brake pads- are they worth it? Do they work? Should I buy both?

I bought an interesting hubcap/wheelcover at the local flea market, but am having problems identifying the vehicle to which it belongs. It's a 15" model, with a Knight's crest on a coat of arms. Someone said it might be a Desoto, but I haven't found a similar Desoto hubcap
