I took the head off my MG midget 1500 and have one shattered valve but found parts in all the cylinders, really weird, any thoughts on this, like if they could be sucked all the way around the manifold???

I have a 1978 Alfa Romeo. The previous owner suggested getting insurance from J. C. Taylor. Does anyone have experience with them? Does anyone recommend anyone else? The car is garaged, driven only for pleasure, not to work or shopping.
