   First post in this NG. I have a question. I have a 60 series landcruiser
with a 2H motor I have a "ticking" noise from 2000rpm upwards on
acceleration and down to 1800rpm under deceleration. No noise at idle and
you can only hear the noise when sitting in the vehicle.I checked ...

As part of our Australian trip I was considering taking a camper trailer
(Yet to be purchased) across the Simpson. Can't have my American wife leave
the country without having been to the Birdsville pub!

Heya group, Im about to try another 4x4 and was wondering which would be
best for some intermediate upwards type offroading. Auto or Manual, which is
best, I prefer to drive with a manual but will concider an auto if its
better offroad.
