Following a very bright shiny subi the other day. It proudly proclaimed
"overlander" on the back. The driver had his hat on backwards and he was
head bobbing to the doof doof beats. Looked like it was just off the
showroom floor. Windows down and DOOF DOOF everywhere.

Have bought a part finished re-fitted out bus for darting around Aus.
But am having trouble with stats on what I have got.
It is dated 1974....6cyl diesel.....wilson auto box 4sp....

My Prado has only done 29000km and the Dunlop AT20's are worn to the tread
wear indicator. I am considering getting Bridgestone Dueler AT694's or Micky
Thompson Baja MTX. Has anyone had any experiences with either of these

I'm thinking of buying a Landcruiser 80 series but with my budget
(around $20K) I'm looking at vehicles that have done well over 200,000
km.  How much more are they good for? Any suggestions? Any problems

I am looking at purchasing a second hand replacement for me current 98 Rodeo
5 spd V6 4 x 2.  I am after a 4 x 4 this time.  I was happy with the Rodeo
but parts are to overly priced and fuel bill is excessive. 380km from a 55
litre tank.

Well at last the time of our family trip to Fraser island is approaching.
Will be 2 adults and 3 kids (10,12 and 15) Will be driving the inland rout
