Well I would like to upgrade my 4wd and buy a new one ! A Patrol, Landcruiser or Pathfinder but I would like the top end range 4wd with all the toys, but they do not come in Manual just auto.
What are u experience with Auto 4WD would u buy one ? I tow my boat do a lot of driving ...

and houses the AM/Fm Radio> for an 82-87 MQ Series Patrol...
preferrably blue but happy to take anything available if anyone has one

After many questions to this forum, lots of good advice following by much
umming and ahhing on my part, I settled on an '02 Patrol 3.0 Turbo Series
III as the best car, given my criteria, for our round Australia trip.
I pick it up on Wednesday.

Was there a satidfactory end to this thread ? From memory it seems that most
stay with their own company and take out some form of extended cover. But
what happens in the event of a breakdown on say the Tanami track ? If your
insurance company is in NSW then do you have roadside ...

Lightforce 240 Blitz driving lights.  They were on the front of my
Landcruiser ute's factory bullbar, and have been great.  They have survived

From experience, it appears that manufacturers do their testing with two
tablespoons of fuel in the tank and a Melbourne Cup jockey in the drivers
seat.
