G'day, thinking about buying a mitsubishi delica 1989 glx 2.5 turbo diesel 5
speed ( 95.000 km's ) anyone have an opinion on these 4wd's, availability
for spare parts etc ?

I have a GXL Cruiser.
The standard tyres are 275 16 70   will 285 's fit on the rims?

Has anyone got one of the work shop manuals that cover the 1991 Toyota 4
Runner SR5 Limited.
Or a logbook that shows the correct tyre types and ratings ?
Or if someone with on of these can look at the tyre plackard on the sill

You might be interested to learn that AVGAS/COMGAS is being phased out of the
communities.  BP has developed a new fuel, Opal, which will replace AVGAS/COMGAS
in the communities.
This is due to changes in the formulation of AVGAS which will make it attractive

I live in the bush and we have 3 vechicles on the property  Rocky (4x4), Ford
Courier Crew Cab (4x4) plus Peugeot 307 Hdi  under these green council I
would be hard hit for the new parking fee (??????) because they are all
diesel.

No of course I wouldnt want one, no way, not me, Im happy with my fourty
point turn 4x4.

It was reported in the Melbourne Sun/Herald that a number of councils
are about to introduce higher parking levies for 4WD's.
Moreland's mayor, Mark Higginbotham said that "We cant have everyone
driving gas guzzling 4WDs"

It was reported on the news tonight that South Sydney Council will charge up
to double for parking of 4WDs.
Surprise surprise.. their web site www.sscc.nsw.gov.au was not active

Hi, bouight a Japanese import Pajero Snow Athlete, 1997.
Now that compass is something I do not understand. If i push the
button below the compass, it will show the S (South) moving around the
clock.

I have had 4wds in the past and may in the future I can't see what all the
fuss is about with the big 4wds taking over the road.I drive around 100k's a
day around a populated area and have no problem with 4wds.Overall I don't
have many problems with anybody actually I haven't even ...

Can anyone tell me when the 4wd show is on in Brizvagas this year ?

I am seriously thinking about buying a Land Rover Discovery but I know some
of the earlier models had some serious, and expensive, problems and should
be avoided like the plague.
What models were these and what was the problem?
