I'm new to this forum, so hope I'm in the right place.
I use a 1991 model diesel Pajero to tow a 16 foot poptop caravan. The
vehicle does the job OK, but in the area where I live (Atherton Tablelands)
there are some pretty steep hills. I would be happier towing in some places

Have any of you ever tried to start a diesel by letting it roll down a
slope? No wise cracks please:-)
I've dual batteries but often wondered what it would be like, if I had to;
