Is this normal?? My dad apparently got pinched via a speed camera apparently two months ago and the fine notice just arrived yesterday with 3 weeks to pay. I have to love the NSW polices style here.

g'day, comming home the other day on usual route home comming of a bridge to turn right theres 2 lanes that merge into one and it clearly says merge right, now saw a station wagon wiz past me on the left lane

Seems many people are frustrated with idiots who break the law by driving and using their mobile phone, sending text messeges ect ect. Anyway I read that authorities are happy that many people are reporting these drivers to Police, Rego and place and time.
