Why the hell isnt Third Party Property Damage insurance mandatory? If you
cant afford it, you can't afford to own a motor vehicle. The only other
extreme is that you are filty rich, and can pay to fix any car you happen to
smash into.

My airhorns just have a tank that you can refill at the servo (with air, not
petrol) or at home VERY slowly with my $20 compressor.
Could I replace the tank with a compressor, and what would a compressor cost 2nd
