They must have some sort of self destruct timer in them, could be set to 5

Allison Automatics11 Feb 2005 04:32 GMT34
I'm in the process of trying to find an Allison automatic to put
behind a Chev V8 in a bus for a motorhome conversion.
I can source a bellhousing, torque convertor, etc. from a C60
chev truck, which fits at least one model of Allison box.

When changing the rear brake pads on a friend's 1999 Honda Prelude, I
noticed that the rubber dust seal that surrounds the brake piston was

Honda dealer does not stock discontinued model parts but was more ...

Insurance (or lack of)10 Feb 2005 22:30 GMT78
Why the hell isnt Third Party Property Damage insurance mandatory? If you
cant afford it, you can't afford to own a motor vehicle. The only other
extreme is that you are filty rich, and can pay to fix any car you happen to
smash into.
compressor for air horns10 Feb 2005 21:10 GMT13
My airhorns just have a tank that you can refill at the servo (with air, not
petrol) or at home VERY slowly with my $20 compressor.
Could I replace the tank with a compressor, and what would a compressor cost 2nd
hand? Are compressors, compressors, or is an air-con compressor ...
