| Windows and tinting | 18 Mar 2006 15:12 GMT | 4 |
I have just applied a coating to the roadside windows on the house , interesting stuff in that it presents a dull rubbed non reflective semi mirror finish ( like brushed chrome) to the outside but allows all the visible light to enter ( seems to keep heat and ultraviolet out)

My cars suspension was making some funny noises, and I was aware that the shocks were getting a tad soft, so I took it in for some quotes. First place I was quoted "awww, about $2500 to fix everything mate", second place "this that and the other needs replacing, basically your

| Rear View Mirror Glue? | 18 Mar 2006 00:02 GMT | 12 |
The rear vision mirror on a friend's car has fallen off (the type that is glued to the windscreen). Is there a cheap substitute for the excessively expensive "Rear Vision Mirror Adhesive" that is sold by auto parts shops? Would 5 minute Araldite do the job?

| LS1 | 17 Mar 2006 22:30 GMT | 5 |
It is my understanding that LS1 is some sort of adjustment to the computer settings in Commodores. Is this correct? Is it only for later model Commodores, or can it be done to VS's and what does it cost? Any detrimental reasons as to why it should not be done?
