In today's Smelly, there is a guy who bought a car from auction, only to
find later that it was stolen and he lost both car and money. I thought
there was some sort of protection when buying from dealers and auction
houses? Anyone know what loophole this is?

old '83 Subaru.  The GA16DE engine with timing chain (not belt)
was a big selling point for me.

congested lately. Either less people are using the tunnel or more people
have found out you can turn left at the right turn only sign without getting
