| 30 km/h zones ... back-pedalling in WA | 05 Apr 2006 10:46 GMT | 42 |
Earlier this month (a month is an eternity in politics), our beloved Grant Dorrington unwisely (i.e. usual manner) decided to get his face on the media and start blabbing on about 30 km/h. The new Premier, Alan Carpenter quickly jumped on the idea stating

| Navara D22, 3 litre turbo diesel, May 2005 build | 05 Apr 2006 10:24 GMT | 1 |
Have done 40,000k's and the vehicle shows heavy sludging (oil condensate) on the forward of the two inlet manifold ports. No evidence of turbo seal damage or excessive blow by nor valve guide wear, ie no exhaust discolouration at all. Have been informed that the ETR valve

| Self Repairing Paint ? | 04 Apr 2006 22:15 GMT | 3 |

I had to replace my trip computer with a second hand one and for some reason this one chimes as soon as I start moving, then chimes every 30 seconds or so. It's not the fuel or overspeed warning. Would it be possible that it just needs calibrating, or is there something else I

| How long does a glow plug live for? | 03 Apr 2006 13:22 GMT | 21 |
Normally when I start the Hilux, I glow the plugs until I hear the *ding* and then I turn the key once and it kicks over pretty much instantly. So much so that I'm in the habit of letting go of the key as soon as it gets to the fully turned position. Very quick.

| PUG 307 | 03 Apr 2006 13:07 GMT | 8 |
I had a look at a new station wagon today. The driver door rattled on closing, the sunglass holder felt as it was going to fall off, the interior looked dated. The I went and went and looked at the Golf. What class! What a build!
