The wife has bought me a private number plate and the included paperwork says that I have to hand in the old plates to the local (QLD) transport office as soon as I've attached the new ones. Being an impatient sort I've already attached the things.

My FIL owns a V6 commode that he bought new around 10 years ago. (Against my advice obviously, but it was an improvement over his Magma.) It is a VR or VS, I don't know the difference. He has driven it all over Australia, so the k's are around 230k.

I've noticed lately that the right hand exhaust pipe on my VH 253 is rather damp inside. The left hand one is dry. Its like this whether I drive on petrol or on gas. Why is it so?

I see a lot of alloys advertised that say they will fit anything with 5 studs & 114mm PCD, including AU Falcons, but NOT the X or E series. but none actually say what was different about the older Falcons. They have 5 studs and 114mm PCD.
