got a weird one. my radiator boils over and spits out the cap when my heater is on cold, yet if I run with my heater on hot, the radiator runs fine all day what do you think is happening? have you heard of this before?

Does anyone know how easy/hard it would be to fit an LS7 to the HJ? I would think it would be easy enough to register in a 1974 car as no ADR27a restrications and the pollution output of an LS7 is better than the current 253 anyway.

I'm sure everyone has heard of doctoring techniques to cover some pretty nasty vehicle faults. The most obvious one and one that i'm sure everyone has heard of is banana skins in the diff. A recent one i heard was a carsalesman trick of using brasso for that instant 'hone job'.
