I've done it again.29 May 2006 23:13 GMT21
Bonnet flipped up and belted the roof to the tune of 110km/h.
Found out what happened though. The seat for my car battery had broken
(WTF?) so the battery must've been bouncing up and down constantly
knocking the bonnet. The u-bolt type thing that latches at the front
Extra engine bay soundproofing?29 May 2006 12:03 GMT11
I've taken the plunge and bought myself a G220 Fairlane, which I'm *very*
happy with indeed.
Now, despite the fact that it's already a very quiet car, what I notice when
I compare it to very expensive BMWs and Mercedes is that in the Fairlane, I
Podium for Webber29 May 2006 11:57 GMT7
Don't really follow F1 that closely, but Schumacher won pole then got
penalised to the back of the grid. Since no-one can pass at Monaco, and
Webber is 2nd on the grid, surely even he can't f.ck this one up.
Anyone know a good motor trimmer?29 May 2006 11:12 GMT1

Grand Vitara Tyre Reccomendation29 May 2006 11:04 GMT7
Have to get some tyres for the Grand Vitara (2001 2.5L V6). Currently
running Falkens in 235/60/R16.
Seems to be an oddball (expensive) size. Most shops want close to $300
per corner e.g All Terrains.

I was driving home from work today when a cop booked me for talking on my
mobile. What an idiot!  I wasn't talking on my phone at all. I was playing
bounce (I actually finished level 9 while I was going thought the corkscrew
that goes upto the Harbour Bridge)

Blech, just drove up a rather steep hill behind
a 1997 instance of said vehicle that was blowing
a huge cloud of blue smoke.
Only just recovered from the smell! Yuck.
