i'm just about to pull the crank and cam out of a 308 but on checking, the timing marks don't seem to line up together. I would of thought that the 'dots' would have come together when they are closest to each other but the cam dot must be about 3 teeth out to the crank. WTF is

Just got a road service renewal from NRMA. Having left IAG (the insurer using the NRMA name) last year, I'm now considering whether I need road service at all. The other alternative is the MTA road service, which was announced to great fanfare in 2004.
