My old man has it in his head that he will need some oil drip feeder on the Subaru we are buying for him some mechanic told him he will need this because of the LPG because it's a dry fuel the top rings will wear out

Yep you heard it hear folks, the BA ute im forced to drive at work has just started backfiring, and its only done 100,000ks. I seem to remember somebody from this newsgroup saying the holden 3.8 was crap on lpg cause it backfired?
