I looked at a Holden Captiva today17 Oct 2006 06:02 GMT4
And so did several others.
I was impressed with the standard of finish and also on the quality of
the plastics compared with the VE.
It was only delivered the other day and had plastics coverings all over

September sales figures17 Oct 2006 01:59 GMT72

Apropro of nothing, but...17 Oct 2006 00:07 GMT13
I went for a drive down the coast yesterday. I saw two VE Dunny-dores, an
ancient Falcon and an EH Holden with their bonnets up, waiting for

AU Falcoon Handbrake issues16 Oct 2006 21:53 GMT8
On the AU the button for the handbrake stays in when the brake is released,

"New car" recall16 Oct 2006 15:02 GMT15
Heard on this morning's rumour file that a "leading new car" that hasn't
been out for very long is about to be recalled for a fuel line problem. I
assume it's the VE, but the model wasn't mentioned.
Be interesting to see :)

A few weeks back I posted asking for advice regarding the purchase of a
Mercedes 300E.
Some may even recall that after some very good advice, I bought the
damm thing. I've had a few weeks fun motoring but I've decided that its
