| I looked at a Holden Captiva today | 17 Oct 2006 06:02 GMT | 4 |
And so did several others. I was impressed with the standard of finish and also on the quality of the plastics compared with the VE. It was only delivered the other day and had plastics coverings all over

| September sales figures | 17 Oct 2006 01:59 GMT | 72 |
The VE had it's first full month of sales in September, and it looks promising despite the doom & gloom and general downturn of the new car market. According to this morning's Herald-Sun, 5262 VE's were bought in September,

Heard on this morning's rumour file that a "leading new car" that hasn't been out for very long is about to be recalled for a fuel line problem. I assume it's the VE, but the model wasn't mentioned. Be interesting to see :)
