A real head shaker this morning. I stopped at a set of lights in the

Seen an unmarked falon with the antenna on the boot and the lights in the
back window, what was unusual was the driver had a what looked like a cowboy
hat on and his dog was in the front seat, this was in moe and being in moe,
you would expect something like this..
