Governments need to get real serious about saving lives and no better
starting point than the full harness seat belt to be mandatory on all new
vehicles. If it even came to the point that we have to wear full face

I live on a road that comes up a hill to a junction with another
road that does same. My road has a stop sign.
I had to hit the brakes hard today to avoid an accident,
as did driver of small car. Got beeped at.
